Phoenix

For this office in Phoenix we wanted to test out a new hybrid layout which put an emphasis on employee gathering spaces. Where employees had just huddled in a break room before, I gave the employees at this office a mixed-use back of house space that had an area for office wide collaboration, more casual banquette seating for smaller groups to meet, and individual phone booths for private conversations - all adjacent to a pantry style break room with additional counter seating. I also designed a semi-private space in the lobby that is accessible for admin and customers to sit down and chat together.
